Someone with a Wisconsin phone number just called my cellphone and serenaded me with Happy Birthday to Dan. He seemed disappointed after I convinced him that it wasn’t my birthday and my name wasn’t Dan, but I got a kick out of it.

I got a phone call last night from someone asking for Mister or Missus Somethingthatalmostsoundedrude. sorry? repeat.
When the caller realized I wasn’t them, he instead asked if I would participate in a kind of Nielson ratings for Radios survey. I said sure, and they’ll be sending me a log book in the mail.
